# Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Zippie! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

## Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the **United States** only. We hope to expand to more destinations in the future.

## Shipping Rates
- **Free Shipping** on all orders over **$75**.
- **$8 flat-rate Standard Shipping** on orders under $75.

## Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

## Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within **7–15 business days**. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and carrier volume. A small number of our specialty items ship directly from our partner warehouses and may take slightly longer — if so, it will be noted on the product page.

**Estimated total time from order to doorstep: about 8–18 business days.**

## Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out.

## Delays
Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.

## Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you can't locate it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
